Our Team

Parag joined Kreos in 2019, and manages Kreos’s operations, finance, and compliance teams, providing deal-level support to Kreos’s portfolio companies, and participating in the management and execution of overall Kreos strategy. Prior to joining Kreos, Parag was Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer at MML Capital Partners LLP, where he was responsible for investor relations, fund raising, finance and operations across the group. Parag has an MBA from the University of Exeter and is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants.

Eugeniu joined Kreos in 2021 and supports the General Partners and Investor Relations by providing performance analytics, portfolio modelling and market analysis. Prior to Kreos, Eugeniu worked at Impax Asset Management and Natixis Investment Managers as a Portfolio Analyst. Eugeniu has a BSc in Banking, Finance and Management from Loughborough University.

Harriet joined Kreos in 2022 and as a Data Analyst supports the General Partners and Investor Relations by providing performance analytics, portfolio modelling and market analysis. Prior to Kreos, Harriet worked at a VC fund as an Analyst supporting tech start-ups through the IPO process. Harriet has a BA in Social Science and an MA in International Relations from the University of Bath.

Varun joined Kreos in 2022 and as a Data Analyst supports the General Partners and Investor Relations by providing performance analytics, portfolio modelling and market analysis. Prior to Kreos, Varun worked as an Analyst at a social investing start-up. Varun has a BSc in Mathematics and Economics from the London School of Economics.

Martin joined Kreos in 2023 as a financial controller. Prior to joining Kreos, Martin worked in the Closed Ended Funds industry since 2015 most recently with ICG’s Mezzanine strategy where he oversaw the flagship fund. Prior to this, Martin was a senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he lead a variety of private equity and venture capital-related audits. Martin holds an honours degree in Accounting Science from the University of Pretoria and is a member of ICAEW (“ACA”) and SAICA (“CA(SA)”).

Izabela joined Kreos in 2017 and supports the Finance team in all aspects of fund financial management. Prior to joining, Izabela worked at Barham Global as an account assistant where she assisted with the day to day tasks such as cash management and financial reporting. Izabela holds an Association of Accounting Technicians (“AAT”) accreditation and is working towards an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”) qualification.

Zamila joined Kreos in Jan 2023 and supports the Finance team in all aspects of fund financial management.  Prior to joining Kreos, Zarmila worked at Soho House and Cryogenic Limited as an Accounts Assistant. Zarmila is currently working towards an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”) qualification.

Estelle joined Kreos in 2021 and is responsible for supporting the COO and Kreos Partners in all Compliance and Regulatory matters for Kreos and its active funds. Prior to joining Kreos, Estelle worked at LaSalle Investment Management as a Compliance Associate. Estelle holds a Law with Spanish LLB from Aberystwyth University, an LLM from Cardiff University, and a Banking and Financial Law LLM from Queen Mary, University of London.

Holly joined Kreos in 2019 and as Office Administrator, plays a central role in providing operational support for the day-to-day running of the London office. Prior to joining Kreos, Holly worked as a Compliance Officer at Bank Partners in London and as a Senior Job Coach for The Salvation Army. Holly holds a Certificate in Business Administration and Management from Allara Learning.
