Aris has more than 20 years of experience financing innovative and high-growth companies having previously held positions at NBGI, DB Capital Partners and Cabot Square Capital. Prior to this, Sonia was a VP of Business Development at Ipsen, in charge of in-licensing and acquiring new drug candidates from early to late stages of development and as a MandA Manager at Rothschild and Co. Sonia is a former assistant professor and researcher at CentraleSupelec School of Engineering. She holds an HEC: Master in Accounting, Finance and Management ( HEC Grande Ecole) , and a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Université de Paris.

Before joining Kreos, Alex spent five years on the investment team at Kayne Partners Fund, a Los-Angeles growth equity firm focused on software and technology-enabled services investments. Alex has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.

Prior to joining Kreos, Maria was an Investment Analyst at The Lab Ventures in Madrid, where she worked within the investment team, sourcing new investments and conducting investment research. Maria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from ESADE Business School and a Master’s degree in Business Analytics and Big Data from IE School of Human Sciences and Technology.

Prior to joining Kreos, Yusuf worked as an Associate within Deutsche Bank’s Investment Bank in the Growth and Venture Debt team, originating and investing in early and mid-stage businesses across Europe and the US. Yusuf holds a BSc in Physics from University College London.

Keerthana Devarajan

Keerthana joined Kreos in 2022 and works on all aspects of the deal life cycle. She comes with extensive experience in transaction services and investments spanning across 25+ deals in over 4 years. Prior to Kreos, she worked as an Investment Analyst at Everstone Capital’s Private Debt arm. She has worked in transaction services at EY and Alvarez and Marsal in the past. She is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.

Martin holds an honours degree in Accounting Science from the University of Pretoria and is a member of ICAEW (“ACA”) and SAICA (“CA(SA)”).
