Ross Ahlgren
Ross is a Co-Founding Partner of Kreos and is responsible for originating, assessing, and managing transactions as well as general management of the firm alongside the other partners. Prior to Kreos, Ross spent ten years with AIG in New York and Paris as well as two years at American Airlines HQ. Ross has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas and holds an MSIA from Carnegie Mellon University.
Raoul Stein
Raoul is a Co-Founding Partner of Kreos and is responsible for originating, assessing, and managing transactions primarily in Israel, also across Europe as well as general management of the firm alongside the other partners. Prior to Kreos, Raoul gained experience at Apax Partners in Israel, as well as Friedman, Turbidy & Co. in New York. Raoul studied law at Bar-Ilan University and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Mårten Vading
Mårten is a Co-Founding Partner of Kreos and is responsible for originating, assessing, and managing transactions with a particular focus on the Nordics and the DACH region. Alongside the other partners, he is also responsible for general management of the firm and executing Kreos’s strategy. Prior to Kreos, Mårten has held a variety of roles including time at UBS Warburg and Ernst & Young in the Nordic region. Mårten holds an MSc from Stockholm School of Economics and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a dual major in finance and financial control & planning.
Aris Constantinides
Aris joined Kreos in 2016 is responsible for originating, assessing and managing transactions across Kreos’s target regions, predominantly in the healthcare space. Alongside the other partners, Aris is also responsible for general management of the firm and executing Kreos’s strategy. Aris has more than 20 years of experience financing innovative and high-growth companies having previously held positions at NBGI, DB Capital Partners and Cabot Square Capital. Aris holds mechanical engineering degrees from MIT (SM) and Imperial College (B.Eng) and an MBA from INSEAD.
Sean Dunne
Sean joined Kreos in 2012 and is responsible for originating, assessing and managing transactions across Kreos’s target regions, predominantly in the technology space. Alongside the other partners, Sean is also responsible for general management of the firm and executing Kreos’s strategy. Prior to joining Kreos, Sean had a variety of roles in the equity investments and leveraged finance areas of Lloyds Banking Group, Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander, and ANZ Australia. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Western Australia and a GradDip in applied finance from the Financial Services Institute of Australia.
Uri Galai
Uri is based in Tel Aviv and joined Kreos in 2019. He oversees the deal life cycle including identifying new leads, assessing potential deals, and performing investment analysis, as well as post-investment monitoring. Prior to joining Kreos Uri worked as a Partner at Viola Credit and was CEO at Sigma Partners. Uri holds a BA in Business Administration and Geography from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, as well as an EMBAF in Finance.
Sonia Benhamida
Sonia joined Kreos in 2021 and supports the General Partners in the entire deal life cycle including identifying, assessing, and performing investment analysis, as well as post investment monitoring. Prior to joining Kreos, Sonia was a Senior VP responsible for Healthcare Corporate Banking CEMEA at DNB, overseeing the client portfolio, managing relationships, and providing financing to mid-size and large companies in the sector. Prior to this, Sonia was a VP of Business Development at Ipsen, in charge of in-licensing and acquiring new drug candidates from early to late stages of development and as a M&A Manager at Rothschild & Co. Sonia is a former assistant professor and researcher at CentraleSupelec School of Engineering. She holds an HEC: Master in Accounting, Finance & Management ( HEC Grande Ecole) , and a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Université de Paris.
Chris Church
Chris joined Kreos in 2016 and is responsible for deal sourcing, execution, and monitoring. Prior to Kreos, Chris was a management consultant at the Parthenon group and has held corporate finance roles at Ernst & Young and Deutsche Bank. He holds a BCom in finance and economics from the University of Otago, is a CFA Charterholder and a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.
Tim Fenwick
Tim joined Kreos in 2018 and supports all aspects of the deal life cycle including pre-investment analysis and post-investment monitoring. Prior to Kreos, Tim worked as an associate at Barclays in the venture capital coverage team, engaging with venture capital firms and portfolio companies to coordinate the delivery of banking services and debt structuring. Tim holds a BA in business economics from the University of Liverpool.
David Fitzpatrick

Prior to joining Kreos, David worked as a Vice President at Greensill Capital focussing on deal origination and client management – particularly in relation to principal financing transactions that supported customer growth acceleration plans and Technology, Media & Telecommunications coverage. Previously David worked as an Associate Director (Vice President) in Westpac’s Institutional Bank and in National Australia Bank’s Corporate & Institutional Bank focussing predominately on Technology, Media & Telecommunications coverage. David holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance & Economics from the University of Sydney and a Charter in Financial Analysis from the CFA Institute.
Xixi Richter
Xixi joined Kreos Capital in 2021 and works across all areas of the deal life cycle, including origination, execution, and portfolio management. Prior to joining Kreos, Xixi worked at Beechbrook Capital, a European lower mid-market private debt fund manager, and focused on providing debt and equity capital to sponsor-backed businesses. She also spent time in fundraising and supporting Investor Relations. Xixi holds a BSc in Investment and Financial Risk Management from Cass Business School, London
Ragna Portelli
Ragna joined Kreos in 2019 and supports all aspects of the deal life cycle including pre-investment analysis and post-investment monitoring. Prior to joining Kreos, Ragna worked as an associate at BCI Finance in the Credit Opportunities Fund, providing debt financing to early-stage FinTech and Alternative Finance businesses in the UK and Ireland. Ragna holds a BEng in engineering from University of Warwick, BSc in economics from Lund University, Sweden, and an MSc in entrepreneurship from Lund University.
Todd Spiers
Todd joined Kreos in 2017 and is working across both the Portfolio Analysis and Investment teams. Before joining Kreos, Todd was on the graduate training programme at UBS and prior to that, worked in the credit risk team at Lloyds Bank. Todd holds an MSc in investment management from Cass Business School and a BA in business management from the University of Reading.
Alex Duffy
Alex joined Kreos in 2022 and supports all aspects of the deal lifecycle include pre-investment analysis and post-investment monitoring, focusing on Kreos’ equity portfolio. Before joining Kreos, Alex spent five years on the investment team at Kayne Partners Fund, a Los-Angeles growth equity firm focused on software and technology-enabled services investments. Alex has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
Maria Garcia Cerda
Maria joined Kreos in 2020 and supports all aspects of the deal lifecycle including pre-investment analysis and post-investment monitoring. Prior to joining Kreos, Maria was an Investment Analyst at The Lab Ventures in Madrid, where she worked within the investment team, sourcing new investments and conducting investment research. Maria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from ESADE Business School and a Master’s degree in Business Analytics and Big Data from IE School of Human Sciences and Technology.
Yusuf Shah
Yusuf joined Kreos in 2022 and as an Associate supports all aspects of the deal lifecycle including pre-investment analysis and post-investment monitoring. Prior to joining Kreos, Yusuf worked as an Associate within Deutsche Bank’s Investment Bank in the Growth & Venture Debt team, originating and investing in early and mid-stage businesses across Europe and the US. Yusuf holds a BSc in Physics from University College London.
Kailey Aliyar
Kailey joined Kreos in 2023 and supports all aspects of the deal lifecycle including pre-investment analysis and post-investment monitoring. Prior to joining Kreos, Kailey worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Singer Capital Markets, providing capital raising support and corporate finance advice to small and mid-cap growth companies in the UK. Kailey holds a BSc in Economics from Durham University.
Guillaume Coelho
Guillaume joined Kreos in 2022 and as an Analyst, supports all aspects of the deal lifecycle including pre-investment analysis and post-investment monitoring. Prior to Kreos, Guillaume worked as a senior consultant at Eight Advisory, where he worked within the Transaction Services team. Guillaume holds a MSc in Corporate Finance and a Master’s degree in Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
James Cobb
James joined Kreos in 2022 and supports all aspects of the deal lifecycle including pre-investment analysis and post-investment monitoring. Prior to Kreos, James worked as an Investment Analyst at Hyde Capital Partners, focusing on investment research across asset classes, and as an Associate at L.E.K. Consulting where he worked to provide M&A and strategic advice to corporate and private equity clients. James has a Bachelor’s degree in Theology from the University of Oxford.
Keerthana Devarajan
Keerthana joined Kreos in 2022 and works on all aspects of the deal life cycle. She comes with extensive experience in transaction services and investments spanning across 25+ deals in over 4 years. Prior to Kreos, she worked as an Investment Analyst at Everstone Capital’s Private Debt arm. She has worked in transaction services at EY and Alvarez & Marsal in the past. She is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
Simon Visser
Simon joined Kreos in 2021 and supports all aspects of the deal lifecycle including pre-investment analysis and post-investment monitoring. Prior to Kreos, Simon worked as an operations associate at Talent Ladder and has previous experience with Citibank as part of their Leveraged Finance team. Simon holds a Master’s in Finance & Private Equity from LSE as well as a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Bath.
Alexander Babulevich
Alexander joined Kreos in 2022 and supports all aspects of the deal lifecycle including pre-investment analysis and post-investment monitoring. Prior to joining Kreos, Alexander worked as an investment analyst at PGIM’s European investment grade credit research team. Alexander holds an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London.
Ronak Patel
Ronak joined Kreos in 2022 and as an analyst supports all aspects of the deal lifecycle including pre-investment analysis and post-investment monitoring. Prior to joining Kreos, Ronak worked as an Investment Analyst at HSBC Asset Management, where he worked in the Venture Capital and Growth Team and gained exposure to investing in Fintech’s across Europe and Asia. Ronak holds a MSci in Mathematics from Imperial College London.
