Parag joined Kreos in 2019, and manages Kreos’s operations, finance, and compliance teams, providing deal-level support to Kreos’s portfolio companies, and participating in the management and execution of overall Kreos strategy. Prior to joining Kreos, Parag was Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer at MML Capital Partners LLP, where he was responsible for investor relations, fund raising, finance and operations across the group. Parag has an MBA from the University of Exeter and is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants.
Sarah joined Kreos in 2020 and is responsible for financial management, reporting and corporate matters in relation to Kreos’s active funds. Prior to joining Kreos, Sarah was Assistant Controller at TowerBrook Capital Partners and was responsible for accounting, reporting and corporate matters in relation to TowerBrook’s funds and London management company. Sarah holds a Diploma of Business from Western Institute of Technology, New Zealand.
Estelle joined Kreos in 2021 and is responsible for supporting the COO and Kreos Partners in all Compliance and Regulatory matters for Kreos and its active funds. Prior to joining Kreos, Estelle worked at LaSalle Investment Management as a Compliance Associate. Estelle holds a Law with Spanish LLB from Aberystwyth University, an LLM from Cardiff University and is in the process of obtaining a Banking and Financial Law LLM from Queen Mary, University of London.
Nathan joined Kreos in 2020 and is responsible for financial management, reporting and corporate matters in relation to Kreos’s active funds. Prior to joining, Nathan worked as a Manager in the Banking & Capital Markets Audit team at Deloitte, where he was responsible for conducting audits of a range of FTSE-listed and private clients, as well as the implementation of various internal initiatives. Nathan holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Surrey and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Tommy joined Kreos in 2018 and supports the Kreos team in all aspects of fund financial management. Prior to joining, Tommy worked at Irani & Gressier as an accounts assistant and credit controller. Tommy holds a degree in business management from Queen Mary University of London, and is currently working towards a professional accounting qualification.
Izabela joined Kreos in 2017 and supports the Finance team in all aspects of fund financial management. Prior to joining, Izabela worked at Barham Global as an account assistant where she assisted with the day to day tasks such as cash management and financial reporting. Izabela holds an Association of Accounting Technicians (“AAT”) accreditation and is working towards an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”) qualification.
Elena joined Kreos in 2019 and supports the Finance team in all aspects of fund financial management. Prior to joining, Elena worked at Usedful Ltd as an account assistant. Elena holds an Association of Accounting Technicians (“AAT”) accreditation and is currently working towards an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”) qualification.
Ash is responsible for the overall IT security, strategy and support of all Kreos’s IT infrastructure in all its locations. Ash has worked at the European Space Agency designing and implementing several classified networks across Europe and also provided global support for the Publicis Groupe SA.
Holly joined Kreos in 2019 and is responsible for all aspects of office administration. Holly brings over 5 years of administrative experience in office management, human resources, and compliance. Holly holds qualifications in business administration and is completing a bachelor’s degree majoring in human resource management.
