  • Menswear personal-styling website Thread will launch new branding today, following the addition of 10 new brand partners to the platform in recent weeks.

The 10 new brands – among them Vans, Reiss and Veja – have joined the site following Thread’s successful series B funding round in October, which raised $22m (£16.7m).The new branding, which will be used across the etailer’s site, app and social channels, introduces a new dark blue brand colour, typeface and logo.Head of brand, Alex Allcott said: “Whilst the current Thread identity has served us well, we needed an identity that will help to build us into a household brand, which is what we’re aiming to do in the next few years.”The branding was designed with independent London design studio Bibliothèque.

The series B funding has also been invested in developing the etailer’s app and new content which combines both AI and stylist teams.

In October, Thread announced that the investment gave the opportunity for international expansion.
