Uberall, Inc., the platform managing digital experiences for local businesses, today announced an integration with global remote company Zapier. This partnership will allow Uberall users to save time and boost productivity with tools they’re already using — such as Gmail and Salesforce.

“Our new integration with Zapier provides easy, low-code automation that increases efficiency between already-existing tools, as well as an instant, seamless connection to hundreds of new applications,” said Kelly Benish, VP Strategic Partnerships at Uberall. “New, useful workflows are now made possible with just a few clicks instead of weeks of development time.”

Uberall’s solutions enable multi-location brands to easily manage search and discovery, engagement and conversion in real-time on all online platforms across websites, mobile apps, store locators, search engines, maps, social platforms and advertising networks.

For customers, the integration with Zapier delivers customizable, automatic notifications for Uberall actions like reviews, listings sync statuses and support case updates. It also lets users create an automated flow — called a Zap — based on any of these Uberall features to send information directly to their inboxes, whether on Gmail, Outlook or Slack.

Users of Uberall’s Engage product — which helps businesses boost online reputation and local search rankings — can also publish replies to new reviews directly through email and chat. This provides an even easier way for brands to stay on top of reputation management.

To take full advantage of this integration and all it has to offer, customers must be both an Uberall user and have an active Zapier account.

“We’re beyond excited about all the benefits this integration will bring to our customers, and the ways it stands to improve our customer experience,” Benish said. “We hope they will take advantage all of the automated workflows that we can now offer through Zapier.”
