Kelly Wilcock – Portfolio Co-ordinator
Mrs Wilcock joined Kreos in 1999. As Portfolio Coordinator, she has played a central role in closing more than 150 transactions since then. Mrs Wilcock coordinates the operations of the Portfolio team and works with portfolio companies to ensure that Kreos's transactions are managed efficiently, from the first drawdown through day-to-day management to the final stages of funding. Mrs Wilcock plays a role in Kreos's reporting as well.

Donatella Callegaris – Portfolio Executive
Ms Callegaris joined Kreos at the inception of the Kreos II fund in 2005. She monitors Kreos's day to day relationships with its portfolio companies and is responsible for monitoring transactions from a debt perspective and performs investment support analysis functions. A native Italian, Ms Callegaris has lived in the UK since 1999. She has a background in trust management. Ms Callegaris holds a BA (Hons) in Management from the University of London and speaks fluent Italian and English.

Ruta Malinauskaite – Portfolio Executive
Ms Malinauskaite joined Kreos Capital in 2006. She manages Kreos's day to day relationships with its portfolio companies and is responsible for monitoring transactions from an equity perspective and performs investment support analysis functions. Ms Malinauskaite began her career in the growth debt sector in 1996 as a Credit Administrator for the Baltic-American Enterprise Fund. Ms Malinauskaite has an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Copenhagen Business School and speaks four languages: Russian, Lithuanian, English and Danish.

Annie Minter – Portfolio Executive
Ms Minter joined Kreos Capital in 2009. She monitors Kreos's day to day relationships with its portfolio companies and is responsible for monitoring transactions from a debt perspective and performs investment support analysis functions. Prior to joining Kreos Ms Minter worked in financial and consumer public relations. She holds a degree in International History from the London School of Economics.

Gareth Walters – Financial Controller
Mr Walters joined Kreos Capital in 2008 and is responsible for the overall function of the finance department with particular emphasis on cash management and financial reporting. Prior to joining Kreos he trained on the NHS Graduate Scheme. He holds a history degree from the University of Warwick and an MSc in Management with Finance from the University of Bath.

Vanessa Bondi - Financial Accountant
Ms Bondi joined Kreos Capital in 2010. As Financial Accountant, she has various duties within the finance function including financial reporting and compliance. Ms Bondi joined Kreos from Ernst & Young where she completed the Business Advisory graduate leadership programme and qualified as a Certified Accountant. She holds a degree in Economics and Management from the University of Bristol.
