Kreos provides financing facilities to high-growth companies with strong management teams backed by high quality equity sponsors in any industry sector. Our criteria when evaluating potential financings include the following:
- equity backing from a high quality equity sponsor
- strong management team
- high-growth company based in Europe or Israel, with international business model
- twelve months of visible funding horizon
- security in the form of cash, receivables, stock, intellectual property or fixed assets
- strong exit potential
- ability to deploy debt finance from €1 million to more than €15 million
