Kreos provides debt facilities to venture capital-backed growth companies with strong management teams in any industry sector. Our criteria when evaluating potential financings includes the following:
- Venture–backed from a top tier venture capital firm
- Strong management team
- Growth company based in Europe or Israel, with international business model
- Twelve months of visible funding horizon
- Security in the form of cash, receivables, stock, intellectual property and fixed assets
- Strong exit potential
- Ability to deploy €750,000 to more than €15 million of venture debt
